Unlike a sticky bra that is supported by adhesive, BOOMBA inserts are supported by the clothing and cannot stay up by themselves. It is crucial to wear them in tight, structured, and fitted tops.
For the perfect fit, we recommend choosing your true size. Only size down if you are in between sizes.

HOW TO USE BOOMBA INSERTS
Please note that our inserts are not intended for individuals who have sensitive or thin skin or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Like traditional inserts, BOOMBA inserts need to be used inside clothing. They cannot be used by themselves.
STEP 1
Wear the garment on your body. Tighten the garment if possible for best results.
STEP 2
Stick the inserts onto the inside of your clothing item and not to your skin.
STEP 3
Scoop breasts up and towards the centre to create cleavage.
STEP 4
While scooping, press the insert onto the breasts and press firmly to secure.
STEP 5
Make sure both sides are even in the mirror, adjust if needed.

I can feel the difference
As soon as I tried this sticky insert one on, I could feel the difference compared to my cheaper amazon sticky bras. The sticky part feels less yucky? I am not sure how to describe it, but it doesn't leave a gross residue on your skin and its a lot stickier, but it doesn't hurt to remove at all. I have used my pair over 5 times now and they are still very sticky, whereas my amazon ones can only be used a max of 3-4 times before its disgusting and the adhesive is peeling off and not sticky anymore. The shape of the insert is also really nice, it looks very natural under my dress and I got a lot of compliments the day I wore it out to my friends engagement party. Everyone wanted to know my secret since I was clearly not wearing a bra under my backless dress but my girls were sitting real perky lol.
